The diet plan for people with blood type O, is basically high-protein, low-carb. Since most people have blood in Group O, it means that Eat Right 4 Your Type is basically yet another high-protein, low-carb diet plan. Although it does include different diet plans for other blood types as well as (curiously) a number of low-calorie weight loss diets which will work whatever blood type you are.
