Diet Workshop Review

Diet Workshop - Overview

The Diet Workshop program consists of diet, exercise and behaviour modification. Diets range from 1600 to 2600 calories and follow the food pyramid. The diet plan includes (optional) bars, shakes, meals, cookies, biscuits and more. They lead you to believe that these supplements are somehow magical in helping you to lose weight.

To join Diet Workshop's diet program and get started, costs about $200. However, the plan ends up costing about $35 a week with their supplements. Depending on the amount of weight you need to lose, this can get quite costly. This is a well rounded food plan, but much of the focus is on promoting supplements.
